Boat transfer from/to the airport organised by the resort is chargeable separately, which was not entirely clear on the website.

Well run, clean, ecological resort. Snorkeling to coral reef. Beautiful location with fresh spring water, leafy shade, secluded beach. Professional diving and snorkeling instruction. Restful atmosphere, easy to relax. Friendly staff. Good home cooked food, local options and nice wine.

A quiet resort with fantastic location on Tioman island. The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. If you are looking for a break from everything this is the perfect place.

Seaview room with a very good sea view, very nice beach rich with corals, safe for child to snorkel, nice trekking to waterfall, for those who do not want the people, noise and commercial feeling of Berjaya, 1st class service from staff. Sandy beach may be a bit small but swimming at the jetty is much better. Peace, quiet and relaxation.

Location by the sea was nice, and some staff were friendly. The view from the room was good, and the room had air conditioning and a safe.

The food was average, and there were not many options. , the wifi was practically nonexistent and there was no phone reception.

The resort is nested in a beautiful location, surrounded by turquoise water and lush greenery, perfect for snorkeling at the reef just in front of the resort, hiking to a stunning waterfall you can start at the property itself, and boat trips to nearby locations. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and stunning views of the surroundings. the staff is accommodating, treating guests with kindness and professionalism. the breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious and offer a range of options.

The lack of Wi-Fi and phone signal could be an inconvenience for some guests who need to stay connected.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location is superb, surrounded by lush rainforest and crystal-clear waters. Snorkeling right in front of the hotel was a highlight, and I saw an array of marine life such as turtles and stingrays. Additionally, the hotel has a wonderful waterfall nearby where guests can swim. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. And the delicious breakfast and dinner buffets were included with the room.
